Hey, I’m Mel Grauds, Founder of MELROSE Training and overall strength training enthusiast.  As a Personal Trainer and Registered Nurse, your health goals are my top priority and I am here to lead and cheer you on you at every step of the way.

 I started as a total beginner 5 years ago and spent years feeling confused trying to reach my fitness goals on my own. Now as a trainer, I strive to streamline this process for you to get what you want from your workouts and feel your best overall. I’m all about taking care of yourself and building strength/confidence through at-home strength training and I can’t wait to work closely with you to build and actualize your dream fitness routine. I go above and beyond to support and empower you, not just in your workouts, but in your whole freakin’ life.
