Not at all! Our programs are designed for all fitness levels, and we’ll meet you where you are. For your safety, we do require exercise clearance from your healthcare provider before beginning prenatal training.

No, the Yorkville studio is a semi-private space exclusively for trainer-client sessions. Independent workouts are not permitted to ensure the space remains focused, safe, and fully available for personalized training sessions. If you’d like guidance for an independent workout routine, we’d be happy to provide recommendations through our virtual coaching options!
