After discovering strength training as a beginner and experiencing its life-changing benefits, she became a Certified Personal Trainer and launched MELROSE Training to help women feel strong and confident through every life stage.
As the Founder, Mel is dedicated to supporting you during your pregnancy and postpartum journey with safe, effective, and personalized strength training. Her goal is to empower you to stay active, build strength, and feel your best — no matter how your body is changing.

Not at all! Our programs are designed for all fitness levels, and we’ll meet you where you are. For your safety, we do require exercise clearance from your healthcare provider before beginning prenatal training.
