Transitioning from a fitness beginner to a top-rated trainer, Mel knows the ups and downs of a fitness journey. Fast forward a few years and she left her career as a Registered Nurse to launch MELROSE Training, dedicated to empowering women through strength training.

Mel's unique approach is not just about building physical strength; it's about fostering confidence and enjoyment in fitness. She is excited to bring this energy to real-life community workouts, creating memorable, sweat-filled experiences.
